‘West Burton Falls’ was made in 2018 using wet felting, needle felting and hand stitching, and was inspired by the waterfall close to West Burton in Wensleydale, known as Cauldron Falls. It’s very close to the village green but tucked away down a side road on the North East end of the green – you can’t see it from the green itself. The original photograph was taken in October 2016, with my daughter (then a baby) wrapped up in an all terrain pushchair!
