Care of items

Please hang all artwork and prints out of direct sunlight, excessive heat or humidity. Felt artwork is not intended to be washed, as doing so may cause further shrinkage and/or colour loss. All printed items may fade if placed in direct sunlight.

How to pay

Payments can be made via Paypal, BACS (direct bank transfer) or cheque. If payment is by BACS or cheque then we will not dispatch items until the payment has cleared into our account.

Delivery

Greetings cards, notebooks and mounted prints will normally be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of payment (working days equals Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Framed prints and originals will normally be dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of payment. A notification will be put on the website (e.g. banner or pop-up) if dispatch times are anticipated to be longer than the timescales outlined above (e.g. due to illness or self-isolation). This timescale does not apply to items which are on backorder (you will be notified where items are on backorder). Greetings cards and notebooks will normally be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post for orders within the UK. Prints will normally be sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Originals will be sent by courier or Royal Mail special delivery (depending on size). Delivery times may be variable at the moment due to COVID-19. International orders will be sent by courier. For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for any customs charges imposed by the destination country. If you require your order by a specific date, please get in touch to discuss.

Refunds and returns

Please contact us as soon as possible with details in writing (email or letter) if there is a fault with items or the items are not as described. Please either send a digital photograph indicating the fault or return the goods to us. A refund or replacement will be offered where the digital photograph or returned item show a fault or the items not being as described, along with a refund for any reasonable cost of returning items (refunds will be paid within 30 days).

In addition, when buying online, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order (you don’t need to give a reason). To do this you need to contact us in writing (email or letter). You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have contacted us to cancel your order. We will refund you for the cost of the items within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, however you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
